Priorities:
- Safety
- Trust
- Accountability
- Comfort
- Great Vibes
Reasons we can ask people to leave:
Mild
- Not completing their work trade agreement
- Doing less hours than they agree
- “Showing up” for shifts but not doing the full work and following the checklists
- Not improving performance with feedback
- Constantly putting their responsibilities onto others (even if the others consent) when they are fully capable themselves
- Causing unnecessary distress to other community members
- Fighting, personal drama
- Making noise and repeatedly not respecting quiet hours
- Not paying for food when they are supposed to
- Each day becomes more expensive
Medium
- Drinking or taking drugs offsite and arriving drunk or under the influence
- Only if they cause disturbance; if they arrive drunk and go to sleep without bothering anyone, this does not count
- If it repeats and causes disturbance, it becomes a serious issue and will be treated as such
- Disrespecting the vegetarian ideals of the community
- Eating or cooking meat or fish in the communal kitchen
